Refund Policy

At Simple Design Beauty Salon, we strive to provide the highest quality of services and customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your experience, please review our refund policy below.

1. Services

Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you are dissatisfied with the service you received, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will offer to correct the service at no additional charge. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be considered at the discretion of management.

No Refunds for Completed Services:

Once a service has been performed, we do not offer refunds. We do, however, offer corrections or adjustments to the service if necessary.

2. Retail Products

Unused Products:

Unopened and unused retail products can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase, with the original receipt.

Opened Products:

Opened or used products may be eligible for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is defective or you experience an adverse reaction.

3. Prepaid Packages and Gift Certificates

Prepaid Packages:

Prepaid service packages are non-refundable. However, they are transferable and can be used for other services or by another person.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are transferable and may be used by another person.

4. Appointment Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations:

We require at least 24 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost.

No-Shows:

If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us, a fee of 25% of the scheduled service cost will be charged. Prepaid appointments will be forfeited.

5. Processing Refunds

Refund Method:

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 4-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Management Discretion:

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by salon management. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the conditions of this policy are not met.
